Our 5-step cleaning process involves several stages designed to thoroughly clean, sanitise, and refresh the carpet as follows:

Pre-Treatment – Our specialised cleaning solution is applied to the carpet which breaks down soil, oils, and other contaminants, making it easier to remove.
Agitation – We agitate the carpet, ensuring the cleaning solution penetrates deep into the fibers which loosens any dirt and debris stuck in the carpet.
Stain Treatment – Cleaning agents are applied to spills, pet accidents or other stubborn marks, these break stains down which might not come out during regular cleaning.
Sanitisation (EN1276) & Deodorisation – A disinfectant or antimicrobial agent is applied to the carpet to kill bacteria and other pathogens, which neutralises odours.
Rinse Extraction – Often referred to as “hot water extraction” or “steam cleaning”, the carpet is thoroughly cleaned, leaving no residue behind.
