Pre-Treatment – All mattress are inspected for signs of bed bugs, including small dark spots, exoskeletons, or actual bugs. A mild cleaning solution is sprayed onto the surface of the mattress to loosen dirt, dust mites, and other contaminants.

Agitation – Using a soft brush or microfiber cloth the cleaning solution is gently scrubbed into the mattress surface in circular motions. This helps to lift dirt, dead skin cells, and other particles embedded in the mattress.

Stain Treatment – Stain removal products are applied to areas with visible stains, while the cleaning agent is allowed to dwell on the stains for a few minutes before being gently agitated and blotted with a damp cloth.

Bed Bug Treatment & Sanitisation – A bed bug treatment is applied to the mattress typically using natural or chemical sprays designed to kill bed bugs and their eggs. Focus is given to seams, crevices, and folds where bed bugs tend to hide.

After bed bug treatment a sanitising solution or disinfectant is applied to the entire mattress, this step helps kill bacteria, viruses, and allergens like dust mites.

Rinse, Deodorisation & Drying – A deodorising agent is then applied to neutralise odours caused by sweat, spills, or other contaminants, leaving the mattress smelling fresh. The mattress is left to air dry, ideally in a well-ventilated space. Using fans or opening windows can speed up the drying process.
